Evening patchers! Today I received my long awaited sample of Burley Legal, blended by our very own Darin . Had my first bowl in my cobbitshire a bit earlier and enjoyed it very much. Strong, hearty, and smooth smoke. Burned nice and cool, and consistent without any relights. Nice dose of vitamin N as well. Looking forward to another dance soon, maybe in the GBD. Big thanks to Darin! Only one bowl in and I’d say it’s a winner!

On a gloriously cool evening I enjoyed WC Off The Rails in the B&B BL 2018 Larrysson LE, Mac Baren ODF in a Barclay Bulldog, and Potlatch in a Savinelli 320 KS Alligator. Laphroiag 10 neat with ice water on the side.

Getting to try some Frog Morton for the first time - thanks to a generous fellow patcher. He also gave me a cool smoking meer to try it in. Very impressed over all - thanks!

It’s going to be a busy day today. So I’m starting with an old favorite to keep me grounded (and calm) .... 1999 Esoterica Margate in a Savinelli Chiara prince with an acrylic stem.

A bowl of ‘fresh’ 2011 Dunhill Standard Mixture Mellow a J. Everett Dublin. If there was any Latakia In this blend, it has since passed. It need to be put back, this blend su&ks without it. I need to open a more recent SMM and smoke side by side.
Edit: I just noticed : it need to be put back, I meant : It needS. . .
Sorry for the mistake and/or any of my personal failings.
