I just saw that Charlie Daniels passed on at age 83 from natural causes. I saw him in concert and I have a couple of his albums. He was great and will be missed.

Saw him in concert once. A great musician and entertainer. I agree with his stand on the issues he spoke out about. A no nonsense, likable guy. He will be missed.

He had a good long run. Made many excellent recordings. Was a very decent fellow. Did mostly right and for the good. I will miss him but we have his recordings. RIP, Charlie. There will be a new String Band in Heaven tonight.
