I just tried to get on the Sterling Tobacco website and it was down and remembering he was.going to retire I wanted to see if someone may have bought his business. When I started looking to see if he sold Sterling I saw his obit and back in June. I always enjoyed his blends and his very generous sample offers. I am glad I still have about 6 samples left to smoke.

Another fine man has left us....really sad to hear of his passing. He was a true gentleman.

So sad to see this. I smoked a few of his blends over the years, top notch leaf and well blended...I still have a gt.jar of one of his "best of the rest" type deals.
Seems we've lost so many good folks lately ,in the world of tobacco and also music. I feel that I'm at a rough age ,but I'm still here ,and in good company; we've become the outer layer of bark on our family tree.
