As soon as my tins are opened they go into the trash. Can't smoke the label so I've never had an issue with or without them.

As soon as my tins are opened they go into the trash. Can't smoke the label so I've never had an issue with or without them. It really is about the principle behind it, capricious and arbitrary actions (says the judge) by anti-tobacco scum to force their wishes onto the unwashed masses. These people need to be resisted at every opportunity.

It's just like everything else. Take it little by little until there is no more.
I'll take any win we get, no matter how small.

These people need to be resisted at every opportunity. The deeming is approaching and if the W.H.O. has it's way, tobacco sales will be abolished in 2030. Tobacco has sadly had its time and we're outnumbered. Popular opinion of tobacco use isn't optimistic.

They think there will be less resistance if take small steps at a time..Given enough time they expect to win..This is a set back for them but they won't give up.

It's to bad PCA (formerly RTDA/IPCPR) layed everyone off and that Glen Loope is retiring from CRA. I credit Glen with with this win. This was just a job for the PCA guys but this was a mission for Glen who's a cigar guy through and through. He will be truly missed.

There is that, but it does not bode well for generations after us, in that regard it is sad.

WOW! How did I miss these news?!?! Thanks a lot. Does it mean that from now on I do not need to erase those horrible sentences from my tins?? They think there will be less resistance if take small steps at a time..Given enough time they expect to win..This is a set back for them but they won't give up. Same with guns, ...and freedom in general. You know, "Divide et Impera", that is how it works. One group at a time. One "right" at the time. They count on the fact that that people in general do not think that a right is a right. It is just either their right or somebody else's right. You are smoker, do not expect to much support from non smoker, they may not care, if you are lucky, or most probably they are even happy about any restriction imposed on you, the smoker. The general perception is that infringing on another group's right is either OK or not worth fighting for. Sometimes even the contrary happens. People want to deny a right because that right may not play in their favor. As an example many of my friends, who are also 2A supporters, were supporting the proposal of a new law that would have forced financial institutions to do business with gun manufacturers or shops. At the same time they were totally against the government imposing a business, a bakery to chose an example that most may remember, to sell services or goods to everybody. I think that with this mindset, is us that make it too easy for them too infringe on a right. Any right.
