Tell him to check out Paul Southren's www.sword-buyers-guide.com/ He is a good guy I've suscribed to for years. Here's how he describes his job: "Sword Buyers Guide is all about finding you the best REAL (Fully Functional, Battle Ready) swords for sale at a reasonable price point of between around US$100 to just over $300 at the upper end..."He gives honest reviews and provides links for all kinds of swords, not just the Asian ones. They all have to be fully functional and not wallhangers. He's an Aussie that moved to Japan when he divorced his Japanese wife and she took the kid back to Japan. Also, check out www.coldsteel.com/ They not only make some gorgeous and functional swords, but various other medieval weapons as well. I have their mace, warhammer, poleaxe and Swiss halberd. All are extremely sharp and fully functional; the poleaxe and halberd have ash shafts and are about seven feet tall. Don't buy full retail from their website. Here's a stock photo of the mace and warhammer:

That´s some serious Japanese steel for sure and by the colour of his belt I am sure he can put it to use expertly!

My dadgum pictures from photobucket aren't showing up, though they do show up in the preview. If I pick a different paste link, they don't appear in the preview. Justin?
Hey Maggie, what site are you using to post pictures?

I started having issues with Photobucket a couple months ago and a friend suggested Imgr, so that's what i use and it works great!
