 Told her leave that alone, gonna get the tractor with front end loader and chain and bring it where they will pick it up. She’s got a hard head and strong back.

Bless her heart, but as we get older, (especially women with lack of bone density), exercise to strengthen is best done in a place like curves gym that caters to women.
My aunt is like your bride, a real go-getter! She decided to lift a large potted plant, and the injury sustained has put her in 20 years of hellish pain, multiple surgeries have offered no relief.
I am constantly ragging on my wife, when I see her do things that can potentially wreak havoc. I don’t want to see her in misery, and have the rest of my life playing nurse’s aide.
Tell her if she insists on doing stuff like that, no more scratch offs!

Charlie is right...the mind tells you that you are still young...but the body knows better...older we get the more the risk of doing serious damage...and paying for it is painful every day.

And then there's guys like me who didn't wait to get older. I injured my back multiple times as a young(er) man. Really did it in when I was rear ended by a guy in a pickup doing more than 45mph. We were sitting still. And yet I STILL try to do things I shouldn't. Guess that doesn't make me very smart... |

As of July 2nd, Jeff Beazos was estimated to be worth 172 billion. Far from being among the po folk before, the pandemic has really worked out well for him.
I too, am constantly shuffling Amazon boxes to the recycle bin. Shop around though, they aren’t always the cheapest.
