I’m Dave. From Atlanta. I’ve been smoking a pipe since this past July. July 1st to be exact. I bought a no name briar, found that I loved it and had two Petersons within the first two weeks I started. I find that I’m a Chacom guy though. There’s just something about them thar French pipes.

Welcome to the patch from central Illinois.
I'm a new smoker too. Started (this time) about April 27th. I had smoked a pipe for a couple of years or so in 1998 - 2000.

adding greets/welcome from 50miles East of Buffalo, NY. A great place here to be here. Lots of knowledgeable folks to help if needed.
As far as I know, have the "seniority" here (27.5 yrs on the railroad before getting Reaganized in '89. Seniority was everything)
cheers & have fun

Welcome to the Patch from the High Plains. Enjoy your time here. There is a lot to learn from folks around here, at least about pipe smoking! But fair warning, we are a bunch of enablers. Have fun!

Welcome, welcome, welcome. Rotate your pipes...or not. Try different tobaccos (you don't have to, of course, but hey, why not?), experiment, ask questions, offer suggestions.
