 My shrimp guy called this morning, cold front pushed them out the marsh, caught last night 21/25 3.50$ a lb.

Fresh Shrimp is lovely. I miss that while in the Low Country of North Carolina. Never had the chance to buy Gulf Shrimp in LA. Although I had a few fancy shrimp dishes in places like Antoine's and Brennan's.

I used to think I had a shrimp allergy, but actually I think it was something in the preservatives that some types of cocktail shrimp and shellfish are packaged with.
