Got out for 18 holes before it started to rain. A bowl of SG St. James flake and a wee hip flask of Jonnie Gold (Century blend) to keep me warm.🏌️♂️🥃👍 just what the doctor ordered 😉

It was good. Thinking about playing today too but the weather can’t seem to make it’s mind up. Oh well... a bowl and a glass of Scotch it is!🥃

I’m expecting a new shipment of tobacco today Christopher including SG Best Brown. As I know you expressed an interest, will try this blend first. Will also post my opinion later today. As for Scotch, too early in the morning to decide. I’ll let the aroma of BB tobacco dictate what to have. Stand by brother.

First thoughts: high mild side taste and flavour (for me), not as sweet compared to St. James flkake. Both are Virginia’s. Unlike other SG blends this tobacco wasn’t wet. Having said that, like other SG blends, this blend required constant relights. Long story short: very good taste, low nic hit (for me), slow burn, no bite or harshness. It’s a winner.

Smoking Escudo Navy Delux. I had forgotten how much I like this stuff. It is kind of fun to break up the coins.

A nice brisk fall day in the Sandhills. Got out on the course with my son Seth and my bud John. We had a great round. This evening after dinner and a movie it's time for a bowl or 3 in the mancave. So, grabbed this... And packed it with this... Rubbed out a Flake of Stoney for the next bowl. Sippin Glenrothes this evening.

Golfing with a pipe in your mouth Dino? Now you’re talking my language!🏌️♂️👍 Although I do occasionally bring a briar to the links Ted, I find it easier to smoke cigars on the course. I've mastered the ability to swing a club with a cigar in my mouth, a pipe...... not so much. ;-)

morning greets all. Usual full walks earlier, no-band 5x50 for company. After the Ed is fed, '06 (added latakia) daVinci in Castello SeaRock G34 & continue with the papers. A few errands to do for da Mrs later, otherwise, in-home doings
