Smoked some John Bull Royal English in a Bones bent Dublin, a DGT left over from yesterday afternoon, while doing a little yard work. Now moving on to a Savinelli 114 KS Sherwood Rock Briar, one of my four original pipes from the late '70's with a bowl from my Remnant jar. It seems to lean toward an English blend at the moment. Then a bowl of Sutliff Mark Twain in a Avanti Rock Briar pot.

Hobbit's Weed (match) in a Frasorteret GM5 Sandblast Freehand. Never heard of this manufacturer before. They are in Denmark. It's an "estate pipe" I bought on Blue Room Briars - just arrived today. It has a replacement stem. Smokes great. Hobbit's Weed never tasted so good. Nice pipe. Frasorteret is Danish for discraded, which is what Preben Holm considered them. Not meeting his exact standards they were finished and stamped as such. Sweet acquisition.

Last night, while watching COLD BLOOD (Jean Reno) I stuffed my new MM MacArthur with the Evan Williams bourbon blend. The bowl smoked pleasantly and with few relights for 1:47.

Been wiring the shop all day but just ran out of wire, just as I was getting into my stride. Now smoking WCDCC in a new Ukrainian pear wood carved egg in claw 1/4 bent. Not bad for the price. I just wanted one.
