Father Dempsey in the Scottie panel Dublin. I'm not sure if it's this pipe (since it's the only one I have smoked this blend in so far) or if this blend is just that amazing, but every single time I have smoked it down to ash. Not a bit of dottle at all. Not complaining, but I can't think the last time this has happened a few times in a row, let alone every single time I smoke a blend.

Did not make it to town 3yo not having any of it. Turned around and came home after sitting down for a few min out to the porch with small bbb apple and some Dunhill ye old from my gift box with water. Smooth with slight sweet tang. Then looked on tobaccoreviews. I actually got this one correct. Back to my mellow place. I should have found pipe smoking 25 years ago would have curved my rigging fits!

Trying out some Hearth and Home Magnum Opus for the first time. It was one of the tobaccos that came from Charlie. I was super skeptical about it because of how it smelled - due to the latakia, I'm guessing. I'm pleasantly surprised at how many different flavors are coming through - and none of the "funkiness" that my nose detected. Looking forward to trying the others that came with it!

That is a great looking pipe, Kelly. I really like it - the sandblasting and especially that inlay? on the stem.

greets & hope all had nice weekend. Usual walks finished, no-band 5x50 for company. After the Ed is fed, same crumbs of mostly latakia in both gifted cobs & continue with the papers. At least no medical doings for either of us today, gift wrapping the "main event" for the day.
Anybody recall a great gifter Greg "desolbones"? Seems long gone from Patch, was my gifter months ago.
