Soon, I'll be making dozens of Christmas cookies! You heard right. While the mrs. does the lions share of the cooking, I do all of the cookies.

Nice, Joe, I can't bake a cake for crap but am great at throwing things in a mixing bowl until they form cookie dough. There's some bananas and peanut butter on the counter, will figure out the rest while the oven is preheating.

I received a package of Oatmeal RAISIN Cookie mix from Deer Valley, UT. Their Double Chocolate Chip was great so I am optimistic about this one. I might embellish with dried cranberries and other stuff. I might even put in some plant matter from Colorado.
Friday the 4th might be just the day for it.
Why does this website have dandruff?

I have gained about 35 lbs during this covid-19 debacle, and as much as I love cookies I think I'm going to have to pass on December 4th. This is not something I want to do but something I feel I must do before I'm 282 lb as opposed to 281. Thanks for allowing me to post

 The only cookie I eat: Graham cookies with either Vanilla or mint Ice cream dipped into chocolate and flash frozen. No other cookie stands a chance...glad that the San Francisco creation is available in Arizona. |
