While in Cary NC today I had lunch with my son and we decided to stop by the local B&M (Tobacconists of Cary (919) 469-4262 ) to pick up some cigars for later in the day. While checking out I looked up behind the cashier and noticed... Overall the shipment is relatively wide and quite deep. For those cut to the chase folks.... They are already out of PZ and Stoney. The cashier shared that the owner was not selling any of it online, but that he had been selling some to folks over the phone. So, if you're interested in rounding out your Esoterica / Germain stash, this might be a good time. The owners name is Phil. Cheers

Now if they only made anything I liked. Same, I found most of the lineup a big disappointment except for Pembroke. While I've got a lot of that one on hand, it's too similar to Mac Baren's Plum Cake and The Solent Mixture to warrant any further chasing.

Yeah, I haven't tried everything they make, but there is a lot of good tobacco that I can get without all the Esoterica drama.

I guess I'm in the Fanboy camp on Esoterica blends, and Germains in general. Love Penzance, Stoney, Dorchester, RDF, Margate, etc... As to the Drama? I realize there are folks asking and getting Crazy $$ for Eso blends on ebay, I choose not to swim in that pool. I've never paid above retail for what I've picked up over the years.

I think most folks would be surprised on what is in stock with a simple phone call vs surfing. So the real question is how may tins did Dino buy cause that is not his man cave.

I agree with Lizzy. Most all of my Esoterica purchases have been a result of "Dialing for Baccy", simply calling around and seeing what's in stock, and blind luck, like yesterday. Here's what I bought... As for my Eso Stash... The top 2 shelves are top to bottom, front to back full of Eso blends...

That's more Esoterica than I've ever seen in one place. Now I know why my local tobacconist doesn't get any. Not sure if I mean the B&M or Dino's mancave.

Esoterica is undoubtedly a premier tobacco that is widely sought after for a reason. I have not found an Esoterica blend that trips my trigger, but for every burnt taste bud like mine, five others want the stuff. Thanks for the shout out, Dino.
