So as I've said earlier my choices are slim in my local. But I just picked up a pouch of the American Mixture. I opened the pouch and must admit I'm surprised. It smells delightful. I like the look of what I see in there for mixture of tobacco. It seems a bit on the moist side but nothing a bit of plate time can't fix. I must admit I'm a bit anxious to pedal back home and give this a go. I am just curious to know if you have tried this blend and your thoughts. As I've learned reviews are reviews and it is a totally personal thing . I've seen terrible reviews for blends I love and seen awesome reviews for blends I hate. But again curiosity will kill this cat lol. Anybody smoke this? If so what's your thoughts?

From Tobacco reviews: “ : A blend that was created based on the cigarillos of the same name that are big sellers in Canada and Australia. STG decided to launch a pipe tobacco inspired by the cigars and introduce them in Canada, maybe also in Australia as well.”
That gives me the impression that it is probably only distributed in them two country’s and based on the reviewers, formerly in Iran. You probably won’t get a lot of feedback on this one.

Lol well then I'm really not sure what I'm about to put into my pipe. But like I said do I really have a choice?

The great thing about this blend Scott is that you’ll be trail blazing for the rest of us. A review would be appreciated please as inquiry minds want to know. 👍😁

I have tried it. It doesn't really have anything to do with the cigars line, as far as I am concerned. I bought my pouch in a shop in Victoria, B.C. It has a nice aroma, probably chocolate and vanilla (under reserve, that was 8 or 9 years ago), not at all on the strong side. The loose cut is not too small, nor big, so it can pack fairly easily in any sized pipe. The nicotine level however, for those who enjoy it, is fairly low. What I could perceive were the Burleys and the Cavendish; the flavor range is thus not complex and somehow, if I remember well, the casing was overpowering the tobacco taste. But then, it's Burley with Cavendish and they are, indeed, unidimensional flavors (that one likes, or not). Of course, it wins to be smoked at minimal moisture level. Otherwise, if it's too moist, one develops tongue bite. Not a grand tobacco but I have tried much, much worse stuff over the years.
