Took my wife to Applebee's just to sit at the bar and have a couple drinks. She had some kind of Strawberry Daiquiri/Margaretta thing. I had a couple of beers.
I had to drive us home. That 1 drink put her over her limit.

Made a "K-cup" coffee from the freebies here at work ... Starbucks 2X caffeine medium roast. Not too bad!

Black & Gray Brewing company, Is a local brewery that bottles and cans their beers for sale in the local restaurants, bars and liquor stores. They also have a bar open to the public. It’s an old rehab manufacturing building along the Fox River here in East Dundee, Illinois. 4 cans are from $8-12. I enjoy the pilsner, so tried the Pipefitter Porter from the store today. Not bad, but a bit to bitter for my liking. But I will finish them over the next few weeks, I’m sure.

I went through a phase of that back a couple of years. A very nice whiskey for the price.

Sometimes, I get the urge for a late evening coffee, but can't do it. I stay up too late already.
