I never saw Jefferson Airplane, saw Jefferson Starship though. They put on a great show. We saw them, but unfortunately they had Heart opening for them on their first tour. Barely remember Jefferson Starship from that night. Heart had the crowd wiped out!

40 years ago today, they were the first on MTV. Pat Benatar was video #2...saw her a few years back and she was still pretty sexy and could sing like she did 40 years ago...Her husband and lead guitarist Neil Geraldo still lays down the licks.
