Only in Kentucky would this make the morning news.
You folks don't seem to need encouragement, so have one or more for me.

Wish I could...no alcohol for me, not with the meds I take...not ready to meet my Maker.

This afternoon, late, it will be either Bushmills or Paddy's.
Yeah, verily, I have grown fond of the triple distilled blended and harmonious spirits of Ireland.

I'm still to acquire a taste for it... "Preacher! Go on down and get me some bourbon. J. T. S. Brown. No ice, no glass."

I'm still to acquire a taste for it... You're joking, right? All my life I've heard that God created whiskey to keep the Irish from conquering the world. I'd prefer a single malt Islay or Highland Scotch, but Bulleit Bourbon was closer at the end of a couple very long days.

Jamison triple distilled. So smooth when mixed with ginger ale and a little lemon.

Hey, I drank several boatloads of Kentucky bourbon, then I stopped before I moved to Kentucky. I've always been the black sheep, so nothing new, there. I had a penchant for Bushmills and Powers, too, so maybe my next stop is near you, LL.

Antrim, right? I was going to say that would be temptation. Then again, I could throw a stick and hit Brown-Forman from here and haven't been tempted.

Ahhhh Lagavulin, Ardbeg An Oa, Bruichladdich, Bowmore and Laphroaig are my go to whiskies. Non Islay whisky that I love is Glenmorangie..
