 Got it in 98, shot at a goose high in the sky with a 10 gauge, felt pain in testicles, Got a biopsy PSA was 54. Went to MD Anderson in Houston, Dr said make out your will. Dr said we gonna hit you with everything. Got 40 Radiation hits. They made a grill down there looked like Microsoft emblem with different colors. it Was a pattern as to where X Ray would hit. In the middle of this, was cautioned not to get rid of pattern, went to my camp and told the fellows ( after some beers) I’m a human compter, dropped my pants, this is my computer, went down further this is my mouse. Well it was a hit, jumped in trucks and made the round of camps showing the computer man. Drunk and back at my camp, showered and there went the grill.well Monday XRay crew was not happy, backed them up 1.5 hrs shooting the grill again. Never made the boss lady happy after that, even bringing lots of bakery goods. 2021 I’ll still here. That’s my story I Garronte! Last Radiation hit I told the Dr hit me with all you got, he seem puzzled, I’m going to my Camp for a month, I want to glow and at night I’ll stick my leg in the water and attract fish. He did not laugh, No Sense of Humor.

A few years back I was at a men's breakfast with a church group....they were a pretty conservative lot.
The guest speaker to them Baptists was a Presbyterian doctor that was a urologist, his advice....
"Treat your wife well, treat her like the lady she should be, so that she wants to ride you regularly. That is the best defense against prostate cancer, that plumbing needs to not fall in disuse".
Could have heard a pin drop in the room.
He backed it up with scripture...and medical proof.

The guest speaker to them Baptists was a Presbyterian doctor that was a urologist, his advice.... "Treat your wife well, treat her like the lady she should be, so that she wants to ride you regularly. That is the best defense against prostate cancer, that plumbing needs to not fall in disuse". Could have heard a pin drop in the room. He backed it up with scripture...and medical proof. Words to live by indeed. |

" Use it or lose it " comes to mind. I used to use that one on the wife all the time...if she complained of a headache my reply was "put your feet up"

I just want to be clear... there are exceptions to that rule (in my opinion) genetics plays a big part. I just don't want to insinuate that if a guy has prostate issues he has become a celibate husband. It is just that as you get older...well heck, you get older and it is what it is. And on the upside, treat her like a thorobred and you don't end up with an old nag.
My nephew is dying of cirrhosis of the liver...never drank much.
I had a buddy that developed lung cancer, never smoked.
