April 7th rain incoming later so it is an early morning spc plum pudding but in the pete 107 spigot. The wide bowl works well with the blend but does not expand flavors much. I assume the primary difference is taper versus non-taper. My big castello is tapered as is the 515 savi, xl13 pete p-lip while the others are U shaped. Flavor intensity is the big area I am finding altered between the two styles. Just finished a bowl so that was on my mind..lol Later is probably short bowls of my new mainstay blend for bad weather. Joe Krantz..flavor, with a heady finish in a few minutes

Finishing last night's bowl of Eastfarthing...the tobacco has some cigar leaf added to it, and now some Amphora English too. The original blend didn't ring my bell, the cigar leaf helped, but the brighter Virginias in the Amphora English seem to be the real blessing to this otherwise lackluster blend. I'm sure Esatfarthing works fine for some folks as is; I just felt the need to mess with it ...perhaps I should call it Amped Eastern Mix.

Another very busy day after staying up past my bedtime. Started with Haunted Bookshop, moved on to Three Friars, Night Train, and now Granger in a few different pipes. Afternoon is going to be just as busy. Ugh.
