Golden Eagle Blend from Sterling Tobacco. Sitting by the fire pit and enjoying one of my last nights in Philly for a week or so. Heading down to Daytona Beach Wednesday morning, and couldn't be more excited.

Heading down to Daytona Beach Wednesday morning, and couldn't be more excited. Safe travels, Justin. I travelled so much in the last year when everyone else worked at home that I am thoroughly enjoying being at home every day. Had it been the opposite for me, I would be chomping at the bit to travel though.

Just finishing a bowl of SG Grousemoor in a little Medico Pot. Interesting, tastes good. Good enough for an occasional smoke. In no hurry to put in a jar, as this stuff had to dry for over half an hour before I smoked it. SG blends are kinda known for that, I think.

Burley Before Breakfast was Sutliff ERR Match. Now H&H Red Eye in a Legend. Is it PS LBF? I don't know. Smells like LBF, looks like LBF, tastes like LBF. I have some LBF of the same vintage, but I don't have a palate sophisticated enough to be a good enough judge.

April 6th. Morning was billybudd/dark kentucky..(the dark really lifts billybudd flavor at the right ratios) Currently having blockade runner in the SC-23 castello. The pipe seems made for this type blend.. On deck is the big castello lovat with spc plum pudding.. rich and flavorful, just amazing when the burn rate is right. Motorbike chain cleaned and ready deserves a reward after all..

Had it been the opposite for me, I would be chomping at the bit to travel though. It’s been almost 18 months since I’ve had a work trip. Although my travel decreased quite a bit in the previous few years, I used to fly 100,000+ miles per year and am a Delta million miler. Although company paid trips to Europe are nice, I haven’t missed travel one bit and it’s been great to be home.

Candy corn in a Stanny. There's another one I like a lot. Looks like it might be a bit heavy, though (as Danish freehands tend to be).
