Okay, guys, what is a rotator pouch?
I've seen them made by various brands (Arcadia, Dunhill, etc.), at various price points. What I haven't seen is any description of what "rotator" means and how it makes said pouch different from a normal tobacco pouch. I gather it has something to do with making the pouch first-in-first-out instead of first-in-last-out, but I haven't seen anything about how, or how well they work.

www.cupojoes.com/dunhill-white-spot-rotator-roll-up-pouch-pa2005/“ This leather pouch by Dunhill features innovative design with the 'first in first out' rotator system to keep your tobacco fresh. The black soft, supple leather is rubber lined and can hold about 2 - 3 ounces of tobacco.” I had never heard of a rotator pouch, but found that.

Well, that confirms that part, anyway. Can't tell anything about how it works.

Hmmm, so basically, when you reach into the front pocket, you're reaching all the way to the bottom of the rear pocket? Is that the idea? Kind of a U-shape in cross-section?

It looks like you load the bottom pouch... first in
Load the top pouch... last in.
After you use all of the bottom pouch... first out.
Open the closure dropping the secondary pouch into the bottom.
That’s the way I read it.
