I’m looking for a pipe rack to hold my collection, but I’m having a problem. A lot of my pipes are chunky oom pauls and most racks put the pipes too close together so they don’t fit well. Are there any good racks out there with slightly wider spacing? Really trying to get out of building my own.

I don't have any suggestions, unfortunately, but I understand the predicament. Hope someone's able to help.
Welcome aboard.

Nice collection and a handsome cabinet! Thanks! I got the cabinet to hold my pipes and associated items. I’m trying to fill the upper space with a pipe rack but they’re hard to come by. Seems like most of them that size are custom jobs. I do some wood working so I’ll probably break down and try making one myself.

I want to get rid of all my pipe racks, get a singular "stepped" unit for about a hundred pipes all angled and no round/ closed stem loops. I need open stem rests, preferably twenty positions, stepped with five shelves and would fit nicely on my buffet cabinet that is my primary tobacco haus. I am beginning to think that a commission is my only solution.

I like the old open-top Dunhill 12-pipe racks, which are good for larger pipes. I have two of them - they go for around $50-60 shipped on ebay. But wide pipes are always a problem.

Welcome. I can't help with your situation as I prefer smaller pipes, but good luck!
