I’m getting more and more confident that the Columbus Show is actually going to happen in August. I optimistic enough that I booked my hotel room yesterday.
Anyone else planning on going?

If everything goes to plan I'll be there. It will be good to get to see some folks I haven't seen in a while.

Yo John - I've never been to that show, though I've heard very good things about it. If they had a Slow Smoking event, I would have definitely been attending.

It’s in a new location this year as the old hotel is being renovated. Going is a no brained for me as it’s only a hair over a 4 hour drive for me. I’m lucky as I’m about equal distance from both the Chicago and Columbus shows.

I'd really like to attend this show -- it'd be my first one. What other shows usually (outside of pandemic years) regularly happen within a good days drive from WNY (Buffalo/Niagara)? There's Chicago and . . . ?

There's Chicago and . . . ? NASPC is a much larger show than these but the Kaywoodie event in December is very popular. That's probably the closest followed by the New York Pipe Show is usually in early March in Newark and in October there's The CORPS Show in Richmond, VA.

Day 1 is in the can. Thanks to flat cappiper! Thanks for providing this link! We had so much fun interacting with pipe carvers, vendors, and presenters that we are gonna try hard to make it to the Richmond Pipe Show and do it all over again! If anyone is going to that one make sure and come up to us and say hi. We had a blast sharing a bowl out in the patio and even going out to dinner with a group of brand new friends. I don’t know how to link things here but we did a shorter video of day 2 with interviews of a few presenters we missed on the first day. Thanks again for providing the link so that people that couldn’t make it at least got to experience it through the virtual waves. Hope to meet some of you at the next show!
