My morta bulldog:  Smokes like a champ, and the morta has a completely unique feel in the hand. It's like a good sandblast, only with extremely regular lines of blasting. I really like it. |

My first pipe came as a surprise...Christmas time and I was crying cause I couldn't afford to buy one of Ron's pipes...so he sent me one just as a gift...what a great friend.  Then he made a special one for me...a small Rhodesian cause I liked small pipes.  Lastly, I finally scaped together enough to buy this beauty of a pipe...a bulldog.  Besides being a great friend, Ron has blessed me with his special pipes..he puts love and care into every pipe he makes. If you don't have one you should...it will brighten every day that you smoke it! To me, they are heirloom pieces of art...first pipes I will grab in case of an emergency. |

This thread is at a disadvantage as several of the former members are not here to post their pictures. If you want to see all the works of art that Ron produces you have to visit his web page. Many of his finest works were at the beginning, but he continues on to produce works of art today.
We are very fortunate to have some wonderful carvers in our midst..Jason (Cramptholomew) is one and there are more. They, too, produce some amazing pipes.

There is something very special and unique about Ron's pipes...you can feel the love and heart he has put into your creation. I have been lucky in my pipe collection days...first was Kirk of Briar Spirit Pipes...he put his soul in each one...you could feel the love that he put into each one...sometimes you would get a flawed one, but still it smoked perfectly.
With Ron's pipes, you can feel the love and heart he puts into each one...it seems as if it was made just for you...and perhaps it was.
You are missing something if you don't have one of Rons' pipes.
