Since I wouldn't be caught dead in a casino, I don't care. No place I want to go allows smoking anyway, and I only like to smoke at home. It just shows how much the South has changed since I was a kid that casinos have become acceptable entertainment for otherwise decent people. I know that nobody on here wants to hear that, but it's my honest opinion. Just one part of this once great country's trip to hell.

I rarely go to casino's myself Ron, but in regards to our hobby, it would be quite a hit to the West Coast Pipe Show if smoking was off limits. I spend 0% of the time on the casino floor only to walk to the venue itself.

As long as there are smoking rooms available for the convention goers I don't have a problem with smoking on the casino floor or in the restaurants. I don't like smoking in restaurants as you are unlikely to get a pipe smoker at the next table instead of a stinky cigar or 10 cigarette chain smokers. We should be able to designate a place safe for people who want to smoke.

Even here in Nevada you can't smoke in restaurants anymore, which is fine with me. I have a favorite casino bar that I like to smoke in. It's a nice small lounge area. Feels like cheers, they all know my name.hehe.
