just received a very nice package from my friend Goldbrick. Of course, I have video meetings for the next couple hours, so I'll have to wait to try the pipe & walnut!
Thanks buddy!

Awesome! What a great gesture! I wish I lived in the US for that and not having to be worried about customs.

I'd hate to deal with customs, I felt bad enough when the package ended up in Hartford Connecticut instead of South Carolina, but the C.S. team at the post office made a correction in nothing flat...I 've been told that customs can be a real drag.

You're more that welcome ,Pete, The walnut may be best in the trusty cob I see in the background...Hope you like it half as much as I do the Storm Front!

Yes they are. Is there anything worse than sending a gift to someone but, because of its nature, customs add a salty invoice to it? Some gift alright. Sorry, Pete, I did not mean to hijack this wonderful thread.

I've only dealt with customs related stuff on snuff orders, but from what I've heard it is nasty...

I didn't have any problem sending MrLunting a few pipes and tin of tobacco, labeled as wood carvings. I don't take any blame for him going crazy on us. I know several people sent him stuff.
