Haven't smoked in several days--too hot and humid. Thought I would have a brief bowl of EMP in this little bulldog.

August came in with some much needed rain, and more on the way, thank goodness! I'm starting the month with my own mild aromatic mx, York River. I went through my bulk tobacco to cut down on wasted jar space a few weeks ago, cutting quarts down to pints. York River is a mix of the leftovers...P.S.312, Engine 99, Butternut burley, some real old rum tobacco, from God knows where, and enough York Town to take over the name. It don't sound like much ,but it's very smokable. This mornings pipe is a Savinelli 804 Canadian ,and the coffee is iced with hazelnut cream added.

And there is TAD, tobacco acquisition disorder. They are both afflictions that affect the pipe smoker, but few are willing to seek a cure.
