If you have been in the hobby for awhile, there is a good chance that you have heard of Richard Esserman, he knows a lot about the hobby and is the Governor of the association that bestows the title of "Doctor Of Pipes" to deserving individuals.

This week he was on two different podcasts, on the Pipe and Tamper he was part of a roundtable discussion.
On the PipesMagazine podcast, he traded chairs with Brian and was the interviewer, his knowledge especially on high grade pipes is pretty vast.
