Hey there all!
I'm Jon and I've been an avid piper for a number of years now, and signed up for this forum 2 years ago. Apparently after signing up, I forgot about it and never interacted before.
In any event, I'm a husband and father in the Chicago suburbs, loved the Chicago Pipe show in 2019, and excited for it to hopefully come back in 2022. I've most been interested in pipes themselves, the art of smoking them, and their craftsmanship; but trying different types of tobacco has been a joy as well.
Glad to see this forum still active in a day and age of social media and lightning-fast communication! Happy smokes, Jon

adding greets/welcome from 50miles East of Buffalo, NY. Wish could have afforded to attend even one Chi pipe show, but politics got in the way. Long timer at many forums, chatroom etc since got 1st computer in '01. Now a true "lata-holic" for past 16yrs. As mentioned above, a great place to enjoy others' interests on the subject of pipes/baccis/cigars
