Today has been a blur. Think I only got out of my office / mancave and outside once, to check the mail. Fortunately I found time to have several of my regulars... EMP, MM965 & Liz.
This evening I'm finishing up a bowl of PZ and have a flake of Stoney rubbed out and drying on the tray.
Sipping sparkling water tonight.

johnlawitzke you have some beautiful pipes! Finishing up the evening with some RLP-6 in the Thursday Grabow. A bit frustrated this evening, glad to finish with a relaxing smoke and a sip or two of Rye... Thanks!

October 15th. Oh what a change in a single day!. Cold and rainy this morning yet I managed to sit in the garage for a big bowl of Blockade runner in the big peterson 107 ebony spigot. I also opened a burly based blend (c&d pegasus) It is not too bad with the burley placed well in the mix. I enjoy burley for the solid foundation it can give to a blend. the creamy chewy sensation at the bottom of a bowl is nice when done right. I expect it is the cooler weather bringing out the best so I may lay in another tins for next summer. A good rest through winter should perk it up a bit. anyhoo, happy friday to and be sure to comment on my General discussion topic of Enthusiast or Smoker?
