October 26th. A sunny but cool start to the day made for a great bowl of blockade runner in the old gbd 256 canadian. That pipe is a real workhorse and has a way of being the right sized bowl for most occasions. I got some glp jacknife plug for later in an undecided as yet pipe. This blend has caught my attention as a real significant blend. One of the priciples in the flavor wheel by my account. I also have started shopping rebornpipes for my next cold weather bowl. Mr. Laug has several that would work well in replacing the luxor basket canadian I been using as a work pipe for several years now. While it has plenty of life left I am a bit short on cold weather capable pipes. anyhoo, have a great week all!

Burned a whole in another nice "T" ,as I did the charring light on some Voodoo Queen, in a 221Baker St briar calabash. Now I'm sipping my first coffee, and thinking of all the shirts that suffered the same fate.

Burned a whole in another nice "T" ,as I did the charring light on some Voodoo Queen, in a 221Baker St briar calabash. Now I'm sipping my first coffee, and thinking of all the shirts that suffered the same fate. Now the shirt has "patina" and "character."
I've got a couple burn holes in various pairs of sweat shorts and wicking t shirts but I think it's been quite a few years since my last mishap.
After finishing the Riverboat Gambler in a cob, I'm moving on to some GH & Co. Mixture #25 in an MM Rob Roy cob.

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Tuesday cob and coffee in the cave. Cold and breezy, but the sun is shining. The ground is saturated from yesterday's soaker, probably no outdoor work today.

I'm new and having trouble. Couldn't figure out how to reply to a post correctly and ended up posting another members pic like it was my own. Now I can't figure out how to edit my post. I guess computers really are a young man's game!

I'm new and having trouble. Couldn't figure out how to reply to a post correctly and ended up posting another members pic like it was my own. Now I can't figure out how to edit my post. I guess computers really are a young man's game! Here's a couple of screenshots that might help. Click the Quote button on the post you want to reply to: Type your response in the area below the little box that contains their comment: The software doesn't always make it easy to find the area to type your reponse. If the comment you're replying to takes up most of the screen, or has other quoted comments inside it, the area where your reply goes won't be big and obvious like that. It'll be a single blank line at the bottom, which can be difficult to spot. It's there, though. And if you make some mistakes, no worries. You'll figure it out.
