Does anyone know of anyone who can replace the outer casing on an Old Boy lighter? I've got one that works just fine, but the case is quite worn.

Another option is a visit to a hardware store or fishing joint and get yourself some "Winn rod wrap"...it is truly nonslip and brightens up the lighter, too.
Can be found at Walmart, too.
