Wondering how many addresses we have had. Figured out that in my lifetime so far I’ve had 23. Done with that though. I’m here to stay.

I believe I've had 13. Hopefully I'll only have 2 more in this lifetime

It was a running joke in my family that my address was never written in ink ... pencil only. Lol

Over 40 if you consider places where I lived for at least a month.

I have had a few different ones even slept in my truck with rubber trash cans in the back with all I had left except what was at my brothers. Life has it's ups and downs it's always better when it is on the way up like it is now

Addresses I do not recall. Places lived include Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Berkeley, Washington D.C., Great Falls in Virginia, New York City, Great Barrington in Massachusetts, London, Berlin, Ennis in Ireland, Toad in NM and finally Costilla on the NM/CO border. Moved plenty and now it is hard to get me to store in town.

As a child, 2. As an adult, 4. Been in my current home for over 20 years and I'll probably die here.

I can remember 23 houses and apartments in three countries and three US states, from solid middle class suburban houses, to a stone farmhouse, to a one-room shack on my bosses lawn. They all still exist, even though one had to be rebuilt after the hurricane.

Two in childhood, eight as an "adult."

12 for me. All in my hometown except 2 while I was in college. 5 were located in the same public park.

39 different addresses, but since I turned 35 (I am 61 now) only two addresses. And that is not counting about 5 short stays in between having a home.
I had a very unconventional childhood, to say the least.

1 with my mom and dad and siblings, 1 with my mom and dad, and 1 with my mom. 1 apartment and 1 house with the first wife. A shared house with friends, then an apartment with a friend. An apartment by myself then a room in another friend's house. An apartment, then 3 houses with my wife. All this was in the Houston area. Then to our current house in NE Texas. So 14 homes. Plus I lived and worked for several months each in Laredo, Austin, and Birmingham AL.

I count 32 from my earliest childhood memories to now. However roughly 6 of those were at one of three locations on two separate occasions each. That would reduce it to 29 physical addresses in my lifetime; that I remember...
Navy brat, Navy serviceman, and rough life financially as a civilian...

I'm on my 4th, and since this is a manse, I'll have at least one more if I survive long enough to retire. If I move churches then there'll be another move in between, but I'm not planning that.

I believe Legend's manse is a 'house provided for a minister', not shorthand for a mansion, though even a shanty is a mansion if there's love inside.

With all my ‘places’ I have spent 53 years in the last two. How often we get stuck in a place we’d rather not be due to jobs, etc. That does NOT apply to the current one however so it’s all good. As they say…

It seems to be the case that I had to leave the best places too soon. I'm actually surprised I only came up with ten and some of you guys have me beat by a lot. I guess I could have added a dorm and a brief stint on a couch in the lean(er) years, but still not so many. I hope we only have one more move, forever.

1 growing up, 4 as an “adult”, but maybe two of them should be in the “growing up” section.
