The Pipe Nook Black Friday & Small Business Saturday Weekend Sale!
Good news! As many of you know, I've been struggling with online payment is sues these past several weeks, and have been a mail-order only operation during that time. I'm happy to announce that The Pipe Nook is now back and better than ever! My customers are now able to place orders once again directly from the website. Additionally, there are new features available, such as a waiting list notification system for out-of-stock items, and an account-based wish list!
Many changes had to be made in order to make this possible, including signing up with a new eCommerce platform, new payment processor that allows tobacco product sales, and even a new newsletter system to send out this very email. Needless to say, it's been very busy lately around The Pipe Nook.

Some additional housekeeping notes. I'm sure you may run across some formatting issues on the site. If you do, please email me using the contact page, so that I can add it to the list of things to fix. This site migration was a huge undertaking, and I'm sure there will be a few hiccups along the way. Also, I'm currently off ering pipes and accessories only for sale online--tobacco sales will still be mail order for the time being, as I have a few extra regulatory hurdles to knock out in the weeks ahead. You can read more about that process on the Tobacco section of the site. And lastly, some of you still have outstanding mail orders. If you haven't yet sent a check, you can still do so, or you can email me to cancel the mail order and order directly from the site.
A huge THANK YOU is in order to those of you who have kept The Pipe Nook afloat these past weeks by sending in mail-orders! I know that in this day and age, it's so much easier to go to a competitor if a site isn't working for online payments, but I have the BEST, most loyal customers in the world, and for that I'm indebted to you!
