Later in that thread:
“ The Natural is $575, I believe, and there's only a few of them. The Heritage Brown is $225. The Terracotta is $250. Not sure about the other two.”
I guess I won’t be seeing one anytime soon.

Jim said that they were going to be released in December?
“ My patience has been rewarded. On Friday, December 3, Laudisi and Smoking Pipes are releasing five versions of the 4AB as the Pipe of the Year with hand crafted, very accurate specs. 500 in total were made. The three smooth models have brown, terracotta and natural finishes, along with a rusticated and a sandblasted version. I have one of each of the smooth versions. Since Rathbone smoked Wilke #515 in a dark brown 4AB,”

I am guessing that they comp’ed the pipes for him, knowing that the buzz created will give big returns.
Edit: They comped one pipe, the others he had to purchase.
