I got three tins from BnB tobacco....that's all I wanted for now. smoke one tin now and put two away in the cellar for next year.

This is the same thing that happened last year with 2020 CF - everyone sold out at $12-13/tin, leaving one seller at $16. I think it was Country Squire. No one would pay extra for the tins, but they'd trade anything to get one. It was hard-headedness that is common to us pipe-smokers. Soon enough, forum sellers were asking $20/tin and members were clawing their way over each other to buy it. My advice is to pay the $17 and have no regrets doing so. Worst case is you trade it later for stuff worth $20/tin. |
