I was checking out a cart, and I routinely fill it so that I get Free Shipping. But it doesn't seem to be happening anymore.

Home page still states free shipping on orders over $99 on top. One thing I've noticed in the past is applied discounts which take an original order over $99 below that threshold will trigger shipping charges.

Yo 10 I just rechecked P&C's site and things are back to (almost) normal. There was a new notice in red on the Checkout talking about continuing changes in the software. Crisis averted.  hp les |
