I bought a pipe from them several years ago. They always had first choice of the pipes directly from the factory. Sometimes pipes that couldn't be found elsewhere. Now they just have one Peterson listed, a 2016 POY.

I hear you Ron, I see no reason to shop there online....too much other options with better choices. They close the doors at 7PM! But, if I find myself over there, it will be irresistible to not stop in and hang out to see the museum and make a purchase.

Wonderful place. Another portal to the past.

I think London Calling with Simon on Youtube has a couple videos on JJ Fox. The London Pipe Club meets there.

I have bought online from their Dublin store. If you do that you escape the VAT charge. Also, their customer service is wonderful. I usually receive my orders in less than a week.

I was able to visit them on my last trip to London. It's a little museum that takes you back in time. Lots of Samuel Gawith and pipes in stock. Prices were higher than the USA but that was to be expected. Of course I loaded up on a bunch of trinkets and stuff.
Will definitely go back next time I'm there. I also went to the Dunhill store just a few building down the street. I doubt that it's still there.

But if you’re looking for a pair of fancy cuff links…

And...if you are a member of the Pipe Club of London, they offer a discount. Might be doubly good to do so.

I’ve had my eye on this place for years including the Davidoff store own by the Sahakkian’s. One of the joys of having family who live in London. They usually bring something for me when they visit annually. Too bad Covid put a halt to that. 🤦♂️
