In stock at Watch City only place I've seen that sells it in sizes of less than 9.7oz. 2oz and 6oz available. 9.7oz less than $100, best price out there. If you've been smoking a pipe for more than a couple years you will love this tobacco. I do.

I've been tempted to try it a few times, but never pulled the trigger.

Seems to be a bit expensive still. Is it a life-changing experience?

Seems to be a bit expensive still. Is it a life-changing experience? I laughed. I cried. It became a part of me. I could smoke it again and again. I don't think I have tried it, but I've heard good things about it.

I never heard of Wessex Curly Block, are you possibly talking about Peter Heinrichs Curly Block as I have a good supply of that when I bought it in around 2017. I am letting it age another few years before I take it for a ride again.
Jiminks told me this will age into Murreys Dunhill Deluxe Navy Rolls. I am excited to see if he is right. He probably is so I will wait.

www.tobaccoreviews.com/blend/9705/wessex-curly-blockWith the passing of Peter H., it looks like it was sold off to Wessex. Jim knocks a half star off the newer version, but at 3.5 ⭐️, it must be a pretty good blend. I bought a lot of the Peter Heinrich’s blend… great stuff! When I bought it some years back it was still $150.00 per pound.

Notes: According to the Heinrichs family this used to be made by Mac Baren, yet these days is produced by STG (Scandinavian Tobacco Group) and imported by K&K (Kohlhase & Kopp). It's currently sold under the Wessex brand name.

It's great stuff but in my opinion, it's basically REALLY high priced Escudo or Peterson (Dunhill) Deluxe Navy Rolls. I just add several tins of Escudo to the cellar each year instead. It's worth trying and it is really good stuff. At the end of the day, I'd rather pick my favorite couple VaPer coins/flakes and stock those rather than have 10 spread out of nearly the same thing.
