Certain people who cellar hard will save up $500-5000 and just buy once or twice per year during these particular sales. They tend to move the products quickly. Although it costs a ridiculous amount, there are folks out there that wait until this time and buy 200-300 tins of their favorite tobacco during a sale.
P&C are doing 15% off all items sitewide with no minimum. Still $99+ to get free shipping though.

Last year P&C didn’t announce their real IPSD Sale and Promotion until Friday. I don’t know what will happen this year but I saved a bunch of money and got 2 premium cigar samplers by waiting for the weekend.  |
