First try of 3 year old peterson irish flake. It's an odd one. This is a flake I enjoyed very much

Kentucky Bird in my favorite calabash. I've never heard of that one. Whatizzit? Finishing this bowl of OGS from last night. I really overstuffed this thing. Smoked it for more than an hour last night, and still have probably 3/4 of a bowl.

I was actually finishing up that bowl. Now having a bit of Wilke Golden Sceptre, which I'm not sure I love. There's something slightly odd about it. This is in a B-C Belami apple. Tiny little fella. Smaller than a Savinelli Petite. But it's rather lovely and it's a sitter, so it's handy:

The Country Squire Rivendell in a in a Bones bent Rhodesian with Lightning finish...Does anyone know what's going on at Pipes & Cigars to make shipping so slow and no real acceptable excuse??? Packages from P&C have always been 2-3 days slower for me. I havent ordered from them in a while, so I'm not sure how they're shipping these days, but they were using UPS and then delivering by USPS. the transition between the 2, and the strange UPS route in GA , always caused delays.

Smoked it for more than an hour last night, and still have probably 3/4 of a bowl. Kentucky Bird isn’t sold in the US, fairly common in Europe though. It’s unique. It supposedly has some Kentucky in it, but I have never detected it. It’s a European style aromatic, on the sweet side with lots of flowers, both flower flavors and actual flowers, which I recommend picking the whole ones out if you find one, they burn a little too bitter but the flower petals are a nice touch. Not and nothing like a Lakeland. Medium strength, nic is more towards the mild side to me.
