Pretty cool to see the recipe, Monty! It gives a better understanding of what is involved, and this one looks like a year-round delicacy.. My neighbor brought over a Christmas gift of Redbreast 27, it is pretty smooth. You have a very generous neighbor! Actually is 21 year not 27… it was given to me as a present 3/4 full because while he used to enjoy a drink he cannot anymore. |
