A small Cod filet sautéed in EVOO with boiled red potatoes and Swiss Chard from the garden. Lunch was an avocado sandwich, so I am ready.

Lunch was a four ounce ground sirloin patty with Gulden's Mustard and chips or fries with the Judge Casey's ketchup. All in the air-fryer.

We were going out to dinner at a local Thai restaurant, but had a technical issue. We couldn't find a comfortable regulator setting for Janet's portable oxygen bottle, so I called in our order and we had a fine meal. She had a chicken curry and I had the spicy orange glaze chicken with spring rolls for an appetizer and a side of plain fried rice. Good portions and reasonably priced, too.

For the past few months I have been having a mixer-meal: a meal-replacement shake, a chopped up peach, whey protein, and non-sugar sweetener. Pureed, if you can call it that. I’ve lost 30 pounds doing this. (That’s with toast for brekkie and one regular meal.)

We made some club sandwiches, used leftover Hollandaise sauce that had Avocado blended in... glad I hung onto it after the egg's Benedict.

now usual sups-kinda light after biggie brunch with the ol'gals. 2 toasted/buttered English muffins. Add store brand crunchy p.butter & tonite strawberry jelly. Probably a Schwan ice cream cone later.

Often with yogurt or kefir added.

Pork ribs tonight, dry-rubbed, then cooked in the insta-pot, and likely finished in the oven. It's a first-timer, so we'll see...sides are baked potatoes and corn on the cob, with hot rolls.
