I got some things delivered Friday last and the label was created ~12/23. I think yours is lost in the wheels of postal confusion. I'm working through a Janta sampler. I've had Green Dragon, Dragon Madras (yummy), and Red Label Black before. Laxmi Gulab won't be a repeat. White Horse Gul has that Dholakia White anchovy/fish emulsion fertilizer thing going, in a good way. Lots of N. Next is (One?) Photo Special. I sent an email out yesterday, got this response today. “Dear Customer Thank you for your recent purchase from us. Unfortunately your parcel is being returned to our warehouse. This was beyond our control and we have no indication as to why it is being sent back to us. As soon as it arrives back to our Isle of Man (UK) warehouse, this is estimated 7 days time. We will automatically re ship this on the same day and will have the same tracking number. “ My shipment arrived today, I cannot fault Mr. Snuff, it is what it is with the carriers and bureaucracy. |

I was just taking a couple heaps of Bordeaux when the doorbell rang unexpectedly. I corralled the doggie and got the door. It was just the cable person looking for our old box. So, nevermind that my outfit is questionable, I looked in the mirror afterward and yup, big smears of snuff on my cheeks. Between that and the parrot screeching behind me in the living room, the poor cable lady got something to talk about at the dinner table tonight.

I rediscovered Jockey Club. It's been that and Silky Dark mostly today.
Mrs Terrapinflyer has rediscovered Bordeaux. Stole my can, ha. It's funny how impressions change. I think her first impression years ago had something to do with smelling like an inexpensive sex worker. Now it's good. Huh.

Has anyone tried Simply Snuff? I tried Boodleam last time. Made by 6P. Medium-fine, moist (might be lightly oiled), fairly lightly scented with ? ? ?, and with moderate menthol. It's weird and I like weird. The menthol would keep me from reordering probably. I'd try a different one if anyone can vouch for it, though.

I havent tried any of that line either.
I'm looking at Toque and Mr Snuff right now because some of my favorites are getting low. By "low" I mean I'm down to a 10(ish) year supply. Considering 400g bags of Santo Domingo are out of stock, I'm shopping around.
I really wish you could buy Bernard's in bulk, or even 25-50gs at a time. I could use more SWS, but that price hurts my feelings. The few I've tried were excellent. Rosinski always makes it to my cart, but never to my door. I hate that I CANT use McCrystals.
I'll shut up now, I'm just whining.
