I now remember it was Makla…. Felt like a skunk did a bowel dump in my mouth.
Chimo, I never had go bad, but some seemed past it’s prime.

I wish that Chimo was easier to get, in the past I got it through Ebay, but customs started getting dicey, and the shipping costs got really pricey.

I was just looking at some of the ads on ebay. Little pricey and always weary of customs orders. I had one Mr. Snuff order disappear all-together and one didn't make it for nearly two months.

Never had an issue with Mr. Snuff orders.
In the past they fulfilled the orders in England.
Now, I get the impression that they ship bulk orders from England and the orders are fulfilled in Wappinger Falls NY.
Seems pretty efficient.
I just checked Ebay, it looks like El Tigrito Chimno has free shipping, but that price is built into the product now.
$75 for 18 containers.

That's still not a horribly bad price, all things considered. However, the convenience, availability and "cleanliness" of Snus makes it a moot point for me.

Snus is finely ground tobacco that has been fully cured. Chimo requires lots of spitting unless you have an iron stomach. Lol |

Need to get my hands on some Snus, I suppose. Haven't tried it! Hopefully not the same as those "Snus" packets you can get at US Gas Stations.

IMHO, General Snus is the best quality for those available at gas stations. I also like the non-tobacco versions by Zyn and ON. I’ve tried the Zyn pouches. Not bad at first, then they started making my throat hurt real bad after a few days. |

Yeah, Chimo is best used in solitude, and produces some ugly spit….but it has a lot of horsepower.
I like the chewbags that I get from Mr. Snuff better than what I have tried domestically, they just have more flavor and it seems oomph!

I’ve decided that the Cheetah, Super Kailaish, and Begum Green are the only snuffs to make it through the storage bit. The rest are not good. Hoping that Mr. Snuff order finds its way to me fairly soon. I’ve got a bit of Rustica that still delivers the Vitamin N but is also dry and not great.

I wonder of it would be advisable to vacuum seal future orders of snuff that will not be used soon? |

My order came in today! I was shocked. Previously I was very bitter towards Mr. Snuff, but my order came quick, packaged well, and arguably the most important.. fresh! I suppose I'll cut them some slack in the future. Hopefully they can keep that up.
I had to try the SNUV White Charlie first.. and let me just say, the all herbal line of SNUVs almost ruined it for me. This White Charlie though, is tremendous. I'm looking forward to trying the Rustica, Dark, and other White varieties now.
Very fresh, fine grind, and the cocoa topping is not cloying or overpowering. The nic is present. Could be an anytime snuff really, but I foresee this one being a nightcap.

I don't understand the alkalinity aspect of it. That was the issue I had with my homemade vanilla snuff. The flavor and grind was great, but it lacked a bit in nicotine absorption.

The alkalizing agent converts the available nicotine into a more readily absorbed version. In other words, freebasing. 🙂 |
