My Wilke PB arrived today while I'm at work. At lunch, I called home to check on things and say Hi. My wife said the box smells amazing and now I'm stuck picking up PB cookies to take home after work. 😄 They do smell amazing. I just had a piece of Reeses Ice Cream Cake. Yum! |

Lost my raker depth gauge yesterday evening so I went onto West Coast Saw's web site this evening to order two and a after market muffler called a Bark Box well I ordered a four pack of raker gauges and a Bark Box for Stihl 660 and 440 guess I was in a shopping mood this week

Got my Mr. Snuff order, I have a ton of snuff on hand, but ran low on the SNUS and chew bags.
They help with the long rides.
While in Williams AZ., at the touristy places, I saw a cookbook that caught my eye…$25 before tax.
While standing there, I went to Abebooks, the same book in new condition.$5, free shipping, (and I don’t think that they charged tax). That came also.😉

Not in the mail, but on the Hibids auction site, noticed that a NYT best seller lives a few blocks away, auctioning off everything as she is moving to Italy. hibid.com/lot/161136776/resmed-cpap-machine--unestedThey had an "untested" Resmed 10 CPAP machine, took the gamble.... the wife's is grossly out of hours and going through insurance and Apria they wanted robber baron prices..friggin ridiculous!..in the end it would be close to $1,500 out of pocket.Placed a $120 bid, next nearest bid was placed, I got it at $110 at close...only had 40 hours on the unit and it works great, $130 final price with auction fees. I put on my happy hat! |

Aaaahhhh a new pipe! What could be better? The pipe is a Vauen: Burgund (1613) and has a 9mm filter. I find Vauen pipes to be great smokers. I would like to dedicate this pipe to one tobacco but which one? Perhaps Tewksbury Hobbit's Weed. Maybe Dan Tobacco: Da Vinci. (I've tried neither.) Here is a photo of the pipe.  |

The only Vauen pipe that I have is a Pipe of the year (pipe Club of London) that has the 9mm adapter, I have smoked it with, and without the adapter and it smokes beautifully. I find no need to dedicate it to any blend… it is a Clydesdale in my stable… everything smokes great. Your mileage may vary with heavy ghosting blends though. My palate is not that refined. JD from The Country Squire is a big fan of Vauen pipes, so that is saying something! |

It's actually got more features than mine. I think it's German. |

Lately I’ve been enjoying shorter smokes in a TV churchwarden, so when I ran across this Ropp Honoré de Balzac at a great price, I thought it should be added to my collection. It didn’t arrive with the cat hair on it, I added that later. ![]() ![]()  that's a beauty! |

I pulled the trigger this week and finally purchased an 1874 sharps from Shiloh sharps company. It’s a sports model with the 22 inch round barrel, double set triggers and the shotgun butt plate. I had one many, many years ago when my children were still young, but I had to sell it to buy groceries and pay an electric bill. I’m finally at the point in my life I can replace it.
