Had a quick bowl of leftovers of Folklore & 2015 Aged Burley Flake in a Mark Twain cob. A couple hours ago a large portion of the basement wall underneath my kitchen window/sink totally collapsed into my basement during heavy rain. We rent, and we've been here for about five years in this house. We called maintenance and stressed to them the serious problem about two hours ago now and they've still not sent a contractor or anyone here to look at it, let alone start working on repair. We've had a lot fixed in this house but they just fix one little bit at a time, generally. We live in a house built in 1922. Oh no! That sounds pretty bad. Hope they get to it quickly. |

Yale Mixture in my Cayuga spot rusticated Billiard. Yale Mixture can definitely be an all week smoke. I’ve had some Prince Andrew while I’m here, but Yale Mixture is in my walk around one pipe combo pouch. For those not familiar with this C&D bulk, it is simply Virginia with a small amount of Cyprian Latakia. Just enough to add some smokiness.

I have an idea what it’s like to deal with an indifferent landlord in a major situation. Make sure you take pictures/video of everything. Your stuff, the wall, etc. Hope it gets straightened out soon. |

miserable ice storm, did manage shorter walks with NicaLibre 5x45 for company. After the Ed is fed, Wilke #622 in Tinsky freehand & to the papers. Nore outdoors only if have to. Clean some briars & cobs later to keep me occupied
