I have never heard of Hinkle pipes, but that is definitely a beautiful pipe. Glad it is smoking so well for you! Joe is from Lafayette, Indiana and started to carve in 2011. You may recall that I have several RobE pipes from my close friend Rob Bartholomew. I've known Joe for years as he was in a circle of pipemakers who came up together which included Rob. Joe has a website but it’s grossly out of date. I believe you can find him on Instagram. |

2012 Leo in my Jason Patrick Billiard. The 4-16 batch of that blend... sorry to tell you John. Germain hired on Cletus and Melvin distant cousins from Arkansas for a remedial project at the factory. They removed asbestos from the adjoining building and spilled it in that lot of tobacco. I still maintain my Hazmat credentials for responsibly disposing of that product. Always glad to help a brother out! That lighter and briar are obviously compromised now also...just sayin. |

Good Sunday Morning! It's a mild 59° here with a cloudy sky, a thunderstorm is coming our way sometime later on, and I have one of the workshop doors wide open. This afternoon I have to turn the deck hose water on and finally get the haircut that my wife had promised me. The first smoke of the day is a bowl of Peterson Flake in the Amorelli Three Star and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the tobacco table.  |

Good Morning Again! It's 60° here and a rain shower is tapering off although we can expect more rain today. Looks like pipe time on the deck will be cancelled due to the weather. Still in the workshop and finishing up a half bowl of aged Wessex Brown VA Flake and the coffee left in the mug before heading back to the house. Have a safe, relaxing day, everyone!
