Latakia is nasty stuff. Been mixing a few pinches with my Z92. When cleaning the Petes the stinger is black with goo and the reservoir has lots of black gunk. Doesn’t happen with Z92 by itself. Tasty though, and I am enjoying it. Did you give any of those VA blends I sent you a whirl? If so, did they bite you? I did and they did. But much appreciated. Even painful learnings are valuable. |

Good Morning! It's 66° here and humid with a cloudy sky. This afternoon I'm getting together with an old Navy pal for lunch. It was a surprise to find out that he lives close by in Canton and we haven't seen each other in over forty years. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Two Star Special smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Happy Friday, all! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee on the front porch. Followed with a couple bowls of Friar's Bayou while out and about. Back home now, with some Silver Strike in the Friday cob. It's a cool 67 and cloudy here. I don't think it'll get much warmer today.

Howdy Gents.
It's 102° here in Houston...with the humidity, its 110°.
Had a quick bowl of Sir Walter Raleigh earlier... almost too hot to enjoy a smoke.
This is my daughter's birthday weekend. She's 17 years old, my goodness! It's incredible to see how much she's grown up and so quickly. 🎂

Good Evening! It's 70°, humid, and still cloudy here in our neighborhood. My wife seized control of the TV earlier, so I took the opportunity to come out to the workshop for a pipe or two and watch some videos on the tablet. Currently smoking a bowl of Peterson Flake in the BBB smooth billiard and there's a bottle of ice water on the tobacco table. Back to another episode of Doc Martin. Have a great night, everybody!
