I’m curious about what your preferences are. I generally make my coffee using an AeroPress and I take it with a little bit of whole milk. My daily coffee is a medium to light blend and I use a rather coarse grind. I hate that I can only make this one cup at a time. I usually drink 2-4 cups each morning so it is a bit of a chore.
I like to use the Moka Pot too, but it is a little bit more work and a lower yield. When I use the Moka Pot, I prefer a bolder blend and I grind the coffee on the finest setting. The coffee from the moka pot is very rich so I dilute it with a good bit of milk.
In the summer I use a French press to make cold brew overnight. I like it with some milk and sugar.
I also like tea from time to time. I buy early grey with lavender and a spoonful of honey.
Id love to make espresso but it seems to be a bit of an investment for a quality espresso machine and also requires regular upkeep and cleaning.
How do you make your coffee and tea? Technique, style, type or brand beans or leaves? Etc?

I mostly drink tea these days.
Boil water, Add water to tea pot, a "Blue Betty", to warm it. Cover with a Cozy, Drain hot water from pot after warming, Add three tsps of tea, usually Yorkshire Gold or Red Label, Add boiling water, cover pot with Cozy. Steep four minutes, Strain into mug, Add Demerara sugar, half tsp, add warm milk, Stir. Now proper stirring is a test. No circular motion. That is considered rude in the UK. motion is straight across back and forth. No splashing onto the saucer. I never use cups and saucers just mugs. Same rule applies. Sip.
This is a strong black tea blend so adding milk is advisable.

Coffee, when I can drink it, is made from a particular brand of no-acid, decaf beans and drunk black. Even though the beans say "no-acid", coffee does cause a recurrence of my LPR after a couple of months, then I have to lay off for several.
Tea is rooibos, which, again, is problematic. It stains my tongue brown. But, dang it, I like a hot beverage.

I use a 12 cup coffee maker and a blend of two coffees, five almost level scoops of Chock Full O' Nuts and two almost heaping scoops of Gevalia House Blend. It's a good combination with a deep, rich, and slightly nutty flavor.

My wife drinks her coffee black and I prefer it with a splash of half-and-half.

Coffee burr ground fresh then steam from a Krups espresso machine. Tea from a vast assortment of packets. Only use turbinado sugar and whole cream when I choose to add it.

I normally make coffee with a Moka pot. I like it strong with intense flavor and hearty body, and it's hard to beat a Moka for that. If we're expecting guests, or if I know I'll be at home with the leisure and inclination for a few cups, I'll bring out the stovetop percolator my wife gave me a few years ago, which will brew up to 30 ounces. I find it's a bit of a challenge, with the percolator, knowing when I've hit the sweet spot where it's strong but not overcooked. I'd probably get the hang of it faster if I used it more. At work we've got a Keurig, and thankfully our administration didn't go cheap on it; you can adjust the cup size down to 4 ounces (less water = stronger coffee when the amount of grounds is fixed as in a K-cup) plus there's a "strong" option to press before brewing, and we've got an assortment of blends including dark roasts. Black in all these cases.
Afternoons and evenings I find it more prudent to switch to black tea with a little milk or half-and-half; Earl Grey, Constant Comment, or just regular old Twinings or Lipton's. Though my real favorite among teas is chai masala, such as you find in Indian restaurants; I've never been able to make it at home.

I prefer the French press, but I mostly drink the lousy Keurig stuff. If you find a good brand, it's tolerable. My favorite regular coffee ever was at my last job. 2 bags of Folgers in a Bunn. Greek coffee is tops.

I used to drink a lot of coffee. Now I’ve turned mostly to tea. I have one of those quick-boil electric kettles, much smaller than those in every Irish home ‘cuz the dogs don’t drink tea. I use black tea bags. I keep neither sugar nor milk in the house. A teaspoon of dried milk powder and one of non-sugar sweetener and I am good to go.

For coffee, I used to grind the beans just before brewing and had a nice brewer. These days, I’m perfectly happy with my Keurig K-cup brewer.
For tea, it depends on what I’m making. If I’m making a simple Bigelow tea bag, I just fill a cup from the Keurig without a pod in it. If I’m making some fancy high end loose leaf tea, I boil the kettle on the stove and then have one of those metal screen cups you put the leaves in, put it in the cup, and pour in the water.

Nothing fancy here, we keep Maxwell House, Yuban, or Choc'fula'Nuts on hand, but I snagged a Quisinart Grind & Brew pot off Amazon last year, and most mornings it's fresh ground 8O'Clock coffee. I take it with a dash of hazelnut creamer and some form of non-sugar sweetener. As a kid, we only had instant coffee around the house, Ma liked it, and Pop was a tea drinker. I learned to love real coffee at my uncle's house, everything on their table seemed so great to me; his wife was a cook without equal. Their coffee came from a white can with GILL'S written in big bold red letters...and under that ,in small print, "with chicory". They took it with can milk and a bit of real sugar, and every sip was followed with "Ahhhhh" Thanks for your thread, my next pot will be a mixture of coffee and memories, with a pipe on the side for extra reflection.

Currently have no chicory in the house, but this is a good reminder to replenish the stock.

And the several mentions of tea remind me of the trip Herself and I took in, I think, early 2010 to visit our daughter who was on a semester abroad in Aberdeen. The three of us rambled about in London, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh, and one vivid memory relevant here was how good the tea was, nearly everywhere we had it. It was so good that I don't think I had coffee more than a couple of times, if that, during the whole two or three weeks. As with Indian chai, I have yet to be able to match it at home.

I use one occasionally. If you do it right and don’t rush the process, it makes a beautiful cup of coffee. If prepare the grounds a little too tight in the basket or heat the water to quick, it yields the nastiest sour and bitter cup you’ll ever taste. Honestly, I’d use it more often if I weren’t so lazy.

A cup of Joseph out of the moka pot this morning. I think I put a tad too much coffee in the basket which cause it to sputter out of the spout during the brew. It came out ok. A bit on the bitter side.

It took me a while to get the technique down, but with practice it's become second nature, even for me who am second to none in laziness.
I'm starting to think the quality of the moka pot makes a difference, too; it's worth the small extra expense to get one of the established brands such as (pre-eminently) Bialetti. I still have problems occasionally if I use an off-brand pot.
